FriscoPAC A to Z GUIDE

The list below covers some of the most commonly asked questions about FPAC. If you can’t find what you are looking for, please e-mail Info@FriscoPAC.com to submit your question.

ADDRESS:
FriscoPAC physical address is 9360 Pasadena Drive, Frisco TX 75033. We are at the NW corner of Preston Road at Main Street, behind the Garden Moon Chinese Restaurant (turn in there). Take the parking lot driveway back to our building.
Our mailing address is 9255 Preston Road, Frisco TX 75033 (at the Frisco School of Music Building).

ANIMALS:
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities. Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to the building, please notify the Event Manager upon arrival.

CAMERAS, VIDEO CAMERAS, AUDIO RECORDERS:
Most shows are broadcast live on the internet and archived for viewing. Most shows allow personal photography, but please as the specific event coordinator before assuming that photography is allowed.

CHARITY REQUESTS
The FriscoPAC is always open to receiving requests from local non-profit groups and individuals looking for event space, or for tickets to attend events. Every request is considered, however all requests may not be able to be accommodated. As you can imagine, FriscoPAC receives over 100 requests each year from worthy organizations across the metroplex and beyond. Unfortunately, our contracts with the shows that visit FriscoPAC do not allow for us to give away tickets to the many local charitable groups and fundraising events that make requests. DOOR OPENING
The time the doors to FriscoPAC open will vary according to the event.  Please check in advance by visiting the event page for more information. Typically, lobby doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.

EMERGENCIES AND EVACUATIONS
FriscoPAC is committed to providing the highest standard of safety for our visitors and staff. Emergency response procedures have been developed to address an emergency or crisis that might arise. In the case of an emergency, please proceed to the nearest marked exit. If the nearest exit leads to an emergency stairwell please head down to the street level and out of the building and follow emergency directions from local law enforcement.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Guests are not permitted to bring any food or beverages into FriscoPAC. Containers such as bottles, cans, thermos bottles, or plastic coolers are not permitted.

GUEST COURTESY AND SERVICES
FriscoPAC is committed to providing an enjoyable family atmosphere. In order to maintain an enjoyable and safe environment, we request that all guests be courteous to those around them and abide by all theater policies and regulations. Please enjoy all performances with courtesy, and remove crying children quickly to the lobby.

LOST AND FOUND
If you lose an item during an event, please contact any FriscoPAC team member or event coordinator for assistance. Found items can be turned in to Guest Services at the Front Desk. FriscoPAC is not responsible for lost items. Found items are held for a 30 days.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
For safety reasons, guests may be refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items including, but not limited to: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, food, drinks, glass/plastic/metal containers, fireworks, laser pointers, weapons of any type. The guest must throw the prohibited item in the trash or return the item to their vehicle. FriscoPAC reserves the right to confiscate any prohibited items and/or escort the guest from the building.

RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout FriscoPAC for your convenience: off of the first floor lobby hallway and on the second floor to the right of the stairwell. Baby Changing Facilities are located on the first floor.

SMOKING POLICY
In compliance with local and state laws, FriscoPAC is a smoke-free facility. Guests are prohibited from smoking anywhere inside the buildings. Smoking, including alternative smoking devices such as electronic and/or vapor, are also prohibited. Please note that Collin County also prohibits smoking within 100 feet of bus stops; in public parks and on trails; and on public sidewalks abutting schools, hospitals, and city and county property which includes FriscoPAC.

WILL CALL
If you have been told your tickets are at “will-call”, this means that your event tickets will be waiting for you at ticket desk in the front lobby at FriscoPAC, staffed by the event coordinator. For Will Call open hours please contact your specific event sponsor. Please make sure to bring your photo I.D.
